Dr. Tinita O. Kearney, PhD, CCC-SLP/L 

Dr. Tinita O. Kearney, PhD, CCC-SLP/L, is a distinguished pediatric speech-language pathologist, author, and public speaker. She earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Howard University and specializes in working with neurodivergent and culturally diverse students.

She owns a successful private practice in speech and language therapy. Dr. Kearney actively participates in local and state professional boards, notably as Vice Chair of the Maryland Board of Examiners for Audiologists, Hearing Aid Dispensers, Speech-Language Pathologists, and Music Therapists. Dr. Kearney is the creative force behind the award-winning "Lola Koala's Travel AdventuresTM" lift-the-flap board book series, designed to foster essential speech and language skills in young children through engaging activities.

With over a decade of experience, Dr. Kearney has made significant contributions to the field, including her mentorship, research, teaching, public speaking, and volunteer efforts. She has developed a comprehensive educator training program to enhance academic outcomes for diverse learners and created an immersive workshop to equip future speech-language pathologists to serve diverse clients effectively
