Karen Massey

Karen Massey is an award-winning, published child speech therapist, with 14 years of experience. She currently works privately for All about Speech Therapy Ltd, as well as for The Owl Centre, to support their adult autism assessment projects. She has written for publications including Autism Parenting Magazine and SEN Magazine, as well as the RCSLT’s Bulletin magazine. Her books,  Autism & Childhood Apraxia of Speech: From Pre-verbal to Sentences and Helping Children to Speak: Down Syndrome through the Primary School Years, are available on Amazon.

 
Recently, Karen spoke at the Kidz to Adultz North exhibition. She has created an online training platform to provide information to people all over the world. Available for clinical supervision to therapists working within the independent sector, Karen is passionate about what she does and has enjoyed seeing so many children develop speech, literally giving them their voice, and she is on a mission to help many many more.
