Alicia Trautwein

Alicia Trautwein is an autistic author, educator, and autism parenting advocate who helps families and educators support neurodivergent children in everyday systems. A late-identified autistic adult and mother of four children, three of whom are autistic, she combines lived experience with practical, systems-focused strategies.

Alicia created The Mom Kind, a long-running platform on autism, neurodivergent parenting, and inclusive education, and has written and spoken extensively with Autism Parenting Magazine and other parenting summits. Her educational TikTok and YouTube videos on autism, routines, and “broken systems” now reach thousands of viewers and support her growing work leading talks and workshops on parenting, school systems, and disability rights.
