Sam Mitchell

Sam Mitchell is the Executive Director of Autism Rocks and Rolls Corporation, a  nonprofit dedicated to destigmatizing autism and reshaping how neurodiversity is understood. Diagnosed with autism at age four, Sam launched the Autism Rocks and Rolls podcast at 16 to share real, lived experiences beyond stereotypes. What began as a hobby quickly became a movement.

Now 23, Sam has produced over 200 podcast episodes and has been featured on more than 1,500 shows worldwide. He is a TEDx and international motivational speaker who has interviewed influential guests, including Dr. Temple Grandin, NASCAR drivers, and WWE superstars.

Through media, public speaking, and training initiatives, Sam advocates for a shift from stigma to understanding. His work focuses on ensuring autistic individuals are seen, heard, and respected across schools, workplaces, and communities. His message is clear: People on the autism spectrum are not broken, do not need fixing, and should be recognized for their strengths.
