Arlene Lechner is co-founder of Ease (Empowerment, Advocacy & Sexualtiy Education), human sexuality educator and VA licensed special education teacher, is the Inclusion & Disability Services Program Coordinator at the Pozez JCC of Northern Virginia, coordinating social skills classes, adaptive sports and is the Assistant Director of Camp Kesher, a JCC camp for teens and adults with I/DD. Arlene has a BA in Human Development from Hofstra University & a Masters in Special Education from George Mason University.

Melissa has a BS in Speech Communication & Linguistics from SUNY Oneonta and a Masters in Special Education from the University of Virginia.
