Dr. Danny McGuire, Jr. MA, MPA, MS, PCC

Dr. Danny L. McGuire, Jr. is an educator, executive coach, and autism advocate with more than 35 years of experience in public service, higher education, and mental health. As the father of an adult son with autism, his work is both professionally grounded and personally driven. 

He serves as Executive Director of the Public Service Institute at Calumet College of St. Joseph, where he leads academic and leadership programs for emerging professionals. He is also the Founder and CEO of Crosstown Coaching, a trauma-informed coaching practice that specializes in supporting first responders, educators, caregivers, and public safety leaders.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Danny has delivered more than 6,000 hours of coaching focused on leadership, wellness, and trauma-informed care. His expertise is further grounded by clinical internship work with public safety professionals.

He holds a Doctor of Education and multiple graduate degrees and is a regular contributor to Autism Parenting Magazine and related publications.
