Heather Harris, OT

Heather Harris is the owner and founder of Thriving Kids London Pediatrics and is a registered Occupational Therapist in London, Ontario. Based at Nixon Medical Clinic, she leads a team that provides therapy to children and youth from birth to age 18, and also supports adults through Thriving Adults London.

She holds a Master's in Occupational Therapy and has 17 years of experience across hospital and community settings, working with autism, ADHD, sensory and motor challenges, and daily living skills.

Heather has pursued extensive training in child and youth development, neurodiversity, and pediatric occupational therapy. She takes a holistic, child-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each child’s strengths and needs. Her work focuses on improving independence, participation, and overall quality of life through assessment and targeted intervention. She believes early intervention is key, particularly in families who may otherwise face long waitlists for services.

Recognized by London Consumer Choice, she also teaches a Pediatric Simulation Course at Western University and advocates for accessibility and family support.
