Dr. Tina Marie Covington, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA-NY

Tina Marie Covington is an accomplished professional in the field of Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), holding a Ph.D. from Columbia University in the latter. She has made contributions to the education and support of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, evidenced by her extensive work history and collaboration on peer-reviewed research.

With over two decades of experience, Covington’s career trajectory showcases her expertise and leadership capabilities. Her roles as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Anderson Center for Autism and Executive Director at the Hawthorne Foundation highlight her ability to oversee complex organizations, manage budgets, and ensure adherence to regulations while promoting evidence-based practices.

Covington’s academic background includes obtaining an MA in Special Education/Behavior Disorders and a Ph.D. in Special Education/Applied Behavior Analysis.
