About Us
Many neurodivergent children experience differences in social, emotional, and behavioural regulation. For parents, educators, and support professionals, supporting these needs can sometimes feel overwhelming.
Everyday activities can present unexpected challenges for a child.
Things that may seem simple to us, such as getting ready for school, going shopping, or playing with friends - can require significant effort for a neurodivergent child as they navigate sensory, communication, and environmental demands.
Families and professionals often try many strategies to help, yet it can still feel difficult to know what works best.
This is where Behaviour Help can support you.
When behaviours escalate, it is easy to feel worried or unsure about what to do next. Behaviour Help provides practical resources and professional guidance grounded in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
Our services and resources are designed to help children develop skills, build supportive environments, and participate meaningfully in everyday life.
Learning new skills, building relationships, solving everyday problems, and adapting to the complex demands of growing up can be challenging. With the right understanding and supports, children can thrive.

Behaviour Help was founded by Dolly Bhargava, an NDIS Registered Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner and Speech Pathologist, dedicated to supporting children, families, and professionals through evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support.
Our Mission
Our mission is to equip parents, educators, and professionals with evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies to support people of all ages who experience emotional and behavioural challenges.
We provide practical resources, tools, and training that build knowledge, confidence, and capability-helping people better understand behaviour and respond in ways that are ethical, person-centred, and effective.
In 2025, we launched our keystone technology - the Behaviour Help App, an AI-assisted platform designed to support data-driven Functional Behaviour Assessments and Positive Behaviour Support Plans. The app supports practitioners, support workers, teachers, and families worldwide by streamlining behaviour data collection, clinical analysis, and plan development to drive better outcomes for the people they support.
Our technology works in partnership with professional judgement, improving efficiency while maintaining the quality, rigour, and integrity required for best-practice behaviour support.
We have also expanded our offering with a new suite of online courses, featuring refreshed video modules across a broader range of topics than ever before. Through our website, behaviourhelp.com, we continue to make high-quality behaviour support more accessible.
In 2025 alone, over 150,000 people accessed Behaviour Help resources to learn about Positive Behaviour Support and our Assess-Manage-Prevent framework.
Our Vision
To improve the lives of children and families by promoting understanding of behaviour, creating capable environments, and supporting the use of evidence-based Positive Behaviour Support strategies.

APPS
Rainbow of Emotions App - Based on the Taking CHARGE of My Rainbow of Emotions Workbook, the Rainbow of Emotions App helps children and young people develop emotional regulation skills. The app guides the child to first identify and express their emotions in appropriate ways, and then select emotional management tools from the CHARGE Toolkit to help regulate their emotions in a healthy and constructive way. The acronym CHARGE represents six categories of emotional regulation strategies: Chat tools, Helpful thinking tools, Amusement tools, Relaxation tools, Good routine tools, and Exercise tools.
Behaviour Help App - Using the evidence-based approach of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), the Behaviour Help App is a web-based platform that supports people working with individuals who experience emotional and behavioural challenges. The app enables practitioners, educators, support workers, and families to complete a Functional Behaviour Assessment (FBA) and develop a comprehensive Behaviour Support Plan (BSP). These plans can then be used by everyone supporting the individual to better understand behaviour, implement proactive strategies, and prevent behaviours of concern, ultimately improving quality of life for the individual and those who support them.
